Super Cereal (Cold) soak oats, almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, dates overnight in rice, almond, soy milk.
Or to skip soaking, use whole grain cereal like Shredded Wheat, top with fresh fruit. Top with fresh fruit—banana slices, strawberries.
Use crockpot to cook great multi-grain, whole grain cereals overnight. Add raw nuts, fresh fruit, dried fruit for variety and flavor. Many types keep well refrigerated for days and only need to be re-heated to enjoy.
In place of any kind milk, use fruit smoothies, orange juice, or other favorite fruit juice—apple, cranberry, etc.

Almost any leftovers can be make into a nutritious, satisfying breakfast. You just need widen your scope of what you are “supposed” to eat in the morning.
The whole idea is to get away from the junk breakfasts like sugary cereals and cow’s milk; or eggs and bacon; or coffee and a pastry, donuts, all the junk. Make your breakfast healthy and substantial, your most important meal of the day.
